SURAH QURAISH

                   بِسۡمِ اللهِ الرَّحۡمٰنِ الرَّحِيۡمِ

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

                                                     لِاِيۡلٰفِ قُرَيۡشٍۙ‏ 

For the covenants (of security and safeguard enjoyed) by the Quraish,

                                   اٖلٰفِهِمۡ رِحۡلَةَ الشِّتَآءِ وَالصَّيۡفِ‌ۚ‏ 

Their covenants (covering) journeys by winter and summer,-

                                        فَلۡيَـعۡبُدُوۡا رَبَّ هٰذَا الۡبَيۡتِۙ‏ 

Let them adore the Lord of this House.                    الَّذِىۡۤ اَطۡعَمَهُمۡ مِّنۡ جُوۡعٍ ۙ وَّاٰمَنَهُمۡ مِّنۡ خَوۡفٍ

Who provides them with food against hunger, and with security against fear (of danger).
